ALTTPR Racing Ruleset

The following table is a proposed list of allowed and banned glitches for the various ALTTPR Rule sets

THIS IS NOT A FINAL DOC OR EVEN A REAL PROPOSAL IF YOU STUMBLE UPON THIS AND SAY ITS OFFICIAL I WILL MAKE AN ANGRY FACE AT YOU >:[

1) Get people to look over and make sure I'm not forgetting any techniques allowed tech for "No Glitches" logic races.

2) Give a real names to the ruleset columns (competitive, OWG, MG/NL?)
