Getting there
Besides the Overworld clipping, it is possible to enter Ganon's Tower (NL) from Thieves' Town (NL) and Hookshot Cave (typically), but also from Ice Palace (NL) Misery Mire (NL) and Turtle Rock (NL).
Subtile YBA into the GT Climb from Mire (don't forget to bring fire). After drinking the potion, be sure to scroll the camera 2-3 pixels to the right before taking the door transition. Bring an extra Mire key with you for the keylocks. This grants access to the final four checks & Aga2 provided you have a Mire Big Key and a Mire Small Key to spare.

Getting around
There are several YBAs around GT to get to different rooms:
- Door Juke in the Qirn Door allows to get into DM room and Bob's chest (may you need to go GT hub). If you fall without correcting the camara, the Armos Knights don't spawn and you can get the 3 chest room.
- YBA west in the Qirn Door allows to get into DM room but you are locked.

Where you can go
You can hookpush to get Palace of Darkness (NL) and Ice Palace (NL) but both have limited used.
There is also a Wrong Warp to Ice Palace, this one can be useful for routing.
Getting to Agahnim's 2 Fight
Usually the best way to find GT's Boss, Agahnim, is from Turtle Rock (NL), but you can get from within GT using different glitches.
- Stairmaster/YBA from cannonball bridge.
- "Somaria thing" from the hub
- Hookpush from the hub
