The Snitch Lady is a pair of NPCs found in Light World Kakariko Village. They will call the guards if you touch them and then they'll lock their house. The doors will only unlock if you transition away (leave town) and return.
Snitch Lady (West) is due west of the Bottle Merchant. Snitch Lady (East) is due east of the Weathervane and due north of the Bush Covered House.
