The Spiral Cave is located atop eastern Light World Death Mountain. It is located west of the Hookshot Fairy. Drop down the ledge to the outcropping with a doorway. If you see two outcroppings on the side of the mountain, your destination is the one on the left.

Naming

It's named after the shape of the internal cavern, prior to falling to the treasure chest.
