The Pyramid Fairy has two treasure chests. Crystals 5 & 6 are required to purchase the Super Bomb from the Bomb Shop to blow up the side of the Pyramid of Power. In ALttPR's inventory screen and on the World Map, these crystals are red.

She upgrades your Arrows to Silver Arrows and your Tempered Sword to the Golden Sword.
