The Misery Mire dungeon is well connected dungeon using different No Logic glitches. The biggest problem in this dungeon is that the entrance require a medallion (with sword and link state), making fairly often the need to Dungeon ID swapping route.
Getting there
You can reach MM very quickly with only a bottle from {nl|Eastern Palace}, {nl|Desert Palace} or from {nl|Castle Tower}. The more classic way to enter Misery Mire is using Overworld Conveyor, most of the vanilla speedruns use this method to get somaria early.
Getting around
There are 3 situations that can stop your progression in Misery Mire, no Big Key, no somaria and/or no firerod/lamp.
- For no Big Key, you can use another dungeon big key when you YBA to Misery Mire or Cave State big key if you Overworld Conveyor.
- For no somaria you can Hookstuck in the fish bones room to skip the basement part. There are multiple setups but the room is full of lag, making it a little jank. The other options is going through {nl|Castle Tower} using 2 YBA.
