The Master Sword Pedestal is located within the Sacred Grove. To obtain the item in the pedestal you must have all 3 pendants (Green, Red, Blue). If you have the Book of Mudora prior to the 3 pendants, you can read the inscription to get a hint as to what is on the Pedestal.
Vanilla
Upon collecting the 3 pendants and pulling the item from the pedestal, it is revealed to be the Master Sword.
