The Capacity Upgrade Great Fairy (aka "Capitalism Fairy") is located in the center of Light World Lake Hylia, requiring the Flippers to access. Up through v29.2, she serves no purpose. The capacity upgrades that she would provide (Arrows & Bombs) have been converted to items and placed into the item pool. Her cave however can be a randomized Take-Any Cave when playing Retro Variation.
