The Overworld Glitches ruleset allows for many major glitches which may be performed on the overworld. Overworld glitches are not permitted in a No Glitches race setting.
The Overworld Glitches logic requires the use of the following major glitches:
- Out-of-bounds clips
- Basic clips including Teleports
- Spinspeed Clipping: Using Spinspeed to clip
- 1-Frame Clips
- Mirror Clipping
- Mirror Screenwraps
Specific applications which are required (this is not an exhaustive list):
- Death Mountain Ascent
- Death Mountain Descent
- Pyramid Fairy Early
- Turtle Rock Climb
- Ganons Tower Clip
- Ice Palace Mirror Wrap
- Laser Bridge Mirror Wrap
In addition, the logic also requires the use of the following minor glitches:
In addition to the glitches that are in logic, nearly any major glitch is allowed as long as it takes place entirely in the overworld. This includes:
- Overworld Fake Flute
- Citrus Clip
- Overworld YBA
