Randomizer Room is located in the right side of Ganon's Tower. There's a square room with teleporter pads. There's a bombable wall on the west wall. The Randomizer Room is through this wall. There are a series of floor switches. The 2nd row, 2nd column switch will open the north wall, revealing four chests.

Naming

It's called this because you don't normally visit this room in NMG and became a place to go with frequency because of the Randomizer.
