Randomizer Room is located in the right side of Ganon's Tower. There's a square room with teleporter pads. There's a bombable wall on the west wall. The Randomizer Room is through this wall. There are a series of floor switches. The 2nd row, 2nd column switch will open the north wall, revealing four chests.
