Mirror Block Erase is a Minor Glitch that can expedite travel when blocks are in your way. When not in a dungeon or the Dark World overworld, select the Magic Mirror and while moving a movable block, repeatedly press the Y button to attempt to activate the Mirror. This will cause the block to disappear while it is in motion.
