SpriteSomething is developed by Artheau and Mike Trethewey. The source code and releases are available on GitHub. There are build instructions if you'd like a bleeding-edge copy.
SpriteSomething's purpose is to assist with injecting Custom Player Sprites into various game files to change the user's experience.
Supported Games
Known Issues
- Sprite Metadata (Sprite Name, Author Name, Author Name Short) don't currently do anything
ALttP
- PNG & Collage exports work for Samus but not for Link because of how his sheet is set up
- Link doesn't yet have support for Swords, Shields or props (weapons, bushes, etc)
Super Metroid
- Samus doesn't yet have Cannon Port support
