The top of the Green Pirates Shaft is found at the end of The Gauntlet and contains two items; "Missile (Crateria gauntlet left)" & "Missile (Crateria gauntlet right)."
If you stand atop the correct block, with some fancy maneuvering, you can collect both items in one trip.
