This page contains a list of things that depend on in-game flags (mostly, killing bosses)
Grey Doors
Many grey doors stay locked until a specific flag unlocks them. This is different from grey doors that can be un locked by killing enemies in the room
- Warehouse Zeela Room
- Bottom-left door requires Kraid killed
- Wrecked Ship Main Shaft
- Door to Sponge Bath: requires Phantoon killed
- Door to Wrecked Ship West Super Room: requires Phantoon killed
- Attic
- Besides killing the enemies, left door also requires Phantoon killed
- Besides killing the enemies, right door also requires Phantoon killed
- Halfie Climb Room
- Top left door requires Draygon killed
- Plasma Spark Room
- Top right door requires Draygon killed
- Butterfly Room
- Right door requires Draygon killed
Room traversal
Some rooms cannot be traversed unless a flag is active
- Bowling Alley
- Going from mid-left door (connected to West Ocean to bottom left door (connected to Gravity Suit Room): requires Phantoon killed (The Chozo isn't active otherwise)
- Statues Room
- Going from left room to elevator requires Kraid killed, Phantoon killed, Draygon killed, and Ridley killed
