Magic Cape Cheapskate is a glitch where players can significantly reduce the magic drain of the Magic Cape while either excessively slashing the sword or grabbing onto a wall. This is frequently used for being safe while waiting for a tile room to finish or to kill bosses like Vitreous in a safe manner.
