The Floodgate Chest is located in the Floodgate within the Light World swamp, south of Link's House. Push the left and right blocks to free the middle block to access the treasure chest. If you push the middle block and push the left or right block aside, you can access the pull-lever to drain the water outside to access the Sunken Treasure.
