The following table is a proposed list of allowed and banned glitches for the various ALTTPR Rule sets

1) Get people to look over and make sure I'm not forgetting any techniques allowed tech for "No Glitches" logic races.

2) Give a real names to the ruleset columns (competitive, OWG, MG/NL?)
