The door closed behind Link; he was trapped.

Out of pure reflex, he dodged an attack, but it was a sloppy dodge that thrust him to the floor.

Not a second too soon, Link raised his [[shield]], blocking an impact that knocked it from his arm.

The strap broke, flinging his shield sideways, where it crashed into and shattered a pot against the wall.

A second attack followed, throwing Link towards another wall.

He reached for his sword.

His determined grip held the sword in front of him, and, boldly predicting his opponent's next move, Link rushed forward.

The strategy paid off, and Link was victorious.

Done with the fighting, Link reached for his shield and a small [[heart]] from the pottery it destroyed.

He continued checking and emptying the adjacent pots.

Link left one pot in tact, in which he placed the apple he always has for Epona.

Strengthened by the small gifts, he went back to work.
